Notice: Each type of paper has different quantities that we can manufacture, and different production times. Check the different paper option!

These are the paper types that are available for menus.

• 60# Uncoated paper. This paper is the entry-level menu option, ideal for throw-away or mass distribution. (Uncoated looks like regular writing paper)
• 70# Uncoated paper. (Uncoated looks like regular writing paper)
• 80# Gloss text - (glossy finish on the paper, but no varnishes or protections)  
• 100# Gloss text - (glossy finish on the paper, but no varnishes or protections)
• Premium 100# UV coated gloss text: Super shiny, more protected from water damage. The UV varnish makes a stunning gloss finish and prevents water from hitting the paper as easily. 

Some are available for same-day production in limited quantities.

Others (such as the Premium option), require longer manufacturing processes.

Does your menu print on one side, or both?

Production time - Design time adds to this / Shipping time adds 

• Order with the print-ready file must be placed strictly by 11 am Eastern Time to start counting that day. Otherwise, the count starts on the next day.
• If proofs and graphic services are required, the production time will start only when the design work has been completed and approved by the client, invalidating the day issued by the system.

Print Ready

Print Ready Artwork:  This means that you have a high resolution, high quality, good image file, with cut marks and bleed. No additional work is required with the file.

Changes

Changes and Edits to older file: This means that you will provide a  printing file of the menu that was used in the past and you need a few changes to it, such as a few changes of prices. If the changes require a revision in the language, order, addition, or subtraction of options, our graphics team will have to review your requirements and see if the changes can be made on the file that you have available. 

If ColorCopiesUSA.com has developed the artwork for you in the past, we should be able to handle reasonable changes. Our graphics team will determine if your request is possible.

Design Menu Option

Hire our creative team to produce a menu: There is a suggested price for this service that we can honor as long as the number of categories is limited, as well as the number of options on the menu. If you plan to create a menu that has more than 100 items, a custom estimate will be required.

Content: You will have to provide the content of the menu all typed out in a Word document, with prices, sizes, and everything involved. You'll have to type the descriptions as well. We will agree with you on the format required so that we can process your order efficiently. If you intend to send us hand-written sheets with the items, descriptions, and prices, additional setup charges will apply.

Images: If you want to use pictures that you provide, those should be high-resolution 300dpi, at real printing size. If you want us to use stock photography, we'll provide a few options for you to choose from. The number of images to be used is limited to about 10. Additional images will require additional setup charges. 

Logo: If you have a logo for your restaurant, we will need it in a vector format, If you just have a printed version of your logo but not a file, we'll have to recreate it, which will add to the costs

Once you have completed the placing of the order, we'll communicate and provide a way for you to upload all the necessary documents.
