What are magnetic cards made of?

We offer magnets in two different thicknesses, depending on the size of the order.

The front of the cards will display the image that you ordered, while the backside, which looks black, has a magnetic material that is already magnetized and ready to be applied on ferrous metal. 

The magnetic adhesion capability does not work on aluminum, plastics, or stainless steel.

Turnaround time:

Any order placed after 9 am EST will be processed the following day, therefore increasing the turnaround time.

The cards are die-cut out of a magnetic sheet that has previously been printed.

The magnetic sheet comes in different thicknesses and the power of the magnet can change over time. Through blends, manufacturers can control how strong the magnetic force will be. At home or business, you don't need to lift a weight with the magnet, so the appropriate strength is provided for safe and non-surface-damaging use.

Product - Tips:

The cards are most usually ordered with rounded corners. They look nicer and because there are no square corners, it is less likely that an accidental encounter would alter the card.

Because of the setup necessary in the production process, from a monetary point of view, your cost per unit will be significantly lower if you order the largest quantity that might serve your purpose, even buying ahead of your needs.
