If you are uploading a PDF document: - You can click on the small icon representing the image, you should be able to open the file and verify that the uploaded file is the one that you intend to share.
Your artwork should have the proper dimensions matching the print size requested.
For 8.5"x11", your artwork should have that exact size. If your final work requires bleed, the bleed and cut marks should be part of your file.
The same is true for any other sized that you have selected.
