We print exactly what you need. You are welcome to pick up your job at our production office, or we can otherwise ship it to you it that is more convenient.

A sheet of paper has two sides.
A double-sided sheet counts as 2 pages

Bleed is not available on 20# copy paper but it is on all of the other paper weights

Staples hold a group of sheets together.
DISCLAIMER LIMITATION OF OPTION: We can only apply staples up to a maximum of about 45 sheets of Std 20# copy paper. That limit goes down for thicker uncoated papers, glossy papers and for cardstock.Additional charges will apply for jobs that contain more than 45 sheets of 20# (lesser sheets for other stock). Those additional charges won't be reflected in the calculator. We will contact you about that item, or you can call us at 1-877-421-0668 to learn if we can actually handle your project.
USE OF STAPLES / POSITION / ONE STAPLE: The most common place where a one staple option is applied, is at the top left corner for documents written in languages that run from left to right.
Upon request we can apply the staples on the right side.
TWO STAPLES: Less popular. Usually to hold documents and replace other styles of binding (such as coil, wire, etc). When preparing documents to receive two staples, make sure to leave enough empty margins to prevent your copy to remain hidden once stapled.
Drilling is the equivalent of making a hole in the sheet of paper.
Popular hole size: There are different sizes of drills, and we use one that leaves a hole of 5/16"
Location of hole: Based on the use of the piece, you might need the holes drilled in different places, and there are some options.

Why to add slip sheets?
#1 - Easily identify where a multi-sheet document group (also called a set) starts and finishes,
#2 - This option is often requested in conjunction with 3-hole drilling.
Helpful to distribute documents: When you are printing many copies of document that has multiple sheets of paper, and there is no other binding, a slip sheet, or separation sheet can become a helpful way to easily identify the beginning or the end of a full document
When is this option important? If the number of sheets needed to complete a printed job is more than one.
What is a set? A set is a full group of all of the pages included in the files that you upload.
Option Collate: Each page in your file is printed one after the other until a set is completed. This option works better for manuals, books, etc
Option Separate Groups: All of the copies of each page will be printed at once. All of the copies of each page will be together and won't be organized one after the other. This method is ideal when your document has sell sheets of different products, and you want to be able to pull just one specific sheet
Hot film lamination requires a flat and stable paper to come out good.
We won't laminate 20# copy paper nor 24# text uncoated.

There are certain limits in terms of what volume can be processed on the same day. Therefore the option is not always available. If you need same-day shipping, make changes to your order so that it fits the restrictions.

No, there won't be a match and that's normal and expected. Your screen emits light while paper reflects it to show color.
The intensity and vibrance of the colors change. Your screen can display more colors than printing can get. Different papers have different brightness and finishings which affects what the printed piece looks like.

Your order history and files will be usually available on your account console, visible when you log into it. Because of the storage resources limitations, your files might get erased at a certain point in time and you might no longer see them.
If you can't see your files in your console, there is still a chance that we might have your artwork backed up. No commitments though. Whenever you need to rescue a file that you have submitted in the past, it's worth asking if we can still access it. Again, this is not a guaranteed feature of our service.
